Privacy Policy

1. Scope and responsibility

This notice covers partnership inquiries, sample requests and invited member accounts on this website. C2M Edu uses this information to respond, manage invitations and provide approved access to materials. It does not cover student records.

2. Information we collect

Please provide business contact information only. Do not include sensitive personal information or information about children or other people unless necessary and you are authorized to share it.

• Required: first name, email address, country and organization / role. Sample requests also require a program selection.
• Optional: last name, telephone number, collaboration models, areas of interest and message.
• Submission records: inquiry identifier, language, submission and consent times, the privacy notice you agreed to, and email-delivery status.
• Security information: your IP address and request information are processed to protect the service. A derived identifier and request count are stored to limit excessive submissions.
• Invited membership: verified email address, account authentication, profile copied from your inquiry, linked inquiry history, invitations, access permissions and administrative change records.

3. Why we use this information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, assess partnership opportunities, maintain the inquiry history and send an internal notification to the staff handling your inquiry. Security information is used to prevent abuse.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not use this form to collect payment information.

We also use your inquiry information to review sample requests, invite you by email, verify your email address and manage member access. Invitations do not automatically activate an account. You complete the account setup yourself; existing member rights are not changed by linking an inquiry.

4. Your choices and consent

You can choose whether to submit an inquiry. The required information and consent are needed to process it through this form. Optional fields can be left blank.

If the notice changes before your submission is accepted, we ask you to review the updated notice and consent again. You may request withdrawal of consent using the privacy contact below. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

5. Retention and deletion

Inquiry records and related correspondence are retained for follow-up for up to 1 year after the inquiry is closed, then deleted. Records are deleted sooner when no longer needed. If a legal obligation requires longer retention, the relevant records are kept separately for that obligation.

When a retention period ends or a valid deletion request is fulfilled, records are removed from the inquiry system and from related company email. Deletion from our own systems is carried out promptly; complete erasure from a service provider's routine backups can take longer. Any legally required exception will identify the relevant records, reason and duration.

The security records described in section 2 are kept only while they are needed to limit excessive submissions, and are deleted once that purpose ends.

Member accounts and their profiles, invitation and access records are retained while needed to provide member access and handle related requests, then removed when no longer needed or a valid account deletion request is fulfilled. Inquiry retention is described separately below.

6. Service providers and international transfers

We use the service providers below to operate this form. Each one may process inquiry information only to provide the service described, and never for its own advertising. Inquiry information sent by email includes your contact details and message.

• Google Cloud Korea LLC (Gangnam Finance Center 20F, 152 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea), together with Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates (70 Pasir Panjang Road, #03-71, Mapletree Business City II, Singapore 117371) — storage of inquiry records in Google Firebase.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States; legal@cloudflare.com) — website hosting, request processing and delivery of internal notification email.
• ECOUNT (㈜이카운트, Republic of Korea) — the company email service that receives internal notifications.

Some of this processing takes place outside the Republic of Korea. The information transferred is the contact details, organization information and message you submit, together with technical security information. It is transferred over encrypted connections to Cloudflare, Inc. in the United States each time this site is used, and to Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates in Singapore when inquiries are stored and when an administrator is authenticated, which Google processes in the United States. Inquiry records themselves are stored in Google's Seoul region. Each recipient processes the information only to provide the service described above, and keeps it for as long as we retain the inquiry under section 5.

You may refuse these transfers. Because this site is delivered through Cloudflare, refusing means this form cannot be used. You can instead email your inquiry to the contact address in section 8, which is received by our company email service in Korea.

Google Firebase also provides authentication and email verification for invited members and stores their profiles, invitations and access records. Verification emails are sent by Firebase; Cloudflare Email Routing sends internal inquiry notifications.

7. Your rights and safeguards

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.

Access to inquiries is limited to authorized staff. The system uses encrypted connections and access controls. The inquiry form does not require advertising or analytics cookies; hosting providers may process technical security information.
